At Sharnya Ayurveda, we strive to ensure our authentic Ayurvedic consultations and formulations meet the highest standards of the Samhitâs. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have established the following policy to ensure a transparent and fair process for cancellations and refunds.
1. Consultation Cancellations
We value your time and our Vaidyas' dedication to your health. If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked consultation, please note the following:
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment time are eligible for a 100% refund or a one-time free rescheduling.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, or "No-Shows," are generally non-refundable as the time slot was specifically reserved for your Prakriti analysis.
2. Product Order Cancellations
For orders involving physical Ayurvedic formulations or products:
- Orders can be canceled before they have been dispatched for shipping. Once an order is canceled before dispatch, a full refund will be initiated.
- Once an order has been shipped/dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
3. Refund Eligibility & Process
Refunds are initiated under the following specific conditions:
- Successful cancellation of a consultation or product order within the permitted timeframes.
- Receipt of a damaged or incorrect product (please provide a photo/video of the package within 48 hours of delivery).
- Consultation could not be fulfilled by Sharnya Ayurveda due to unforeseen internal circumstances.
Processing Time: Once approved, your refund will be processed through the original payment method (Razorpay). Please allow 5 to 7 working days for the amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank's internal processing times.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Due to the personalized and hygienic nature of our offerings, the following are non-refundable:
- Consultations that have already been completed.
- Ayurvedic formulations where the seal has been broken or the product has been used.
- Customized herbal preparations crafted specifically for your Prakriti.
